Our company is specialised in the buying and selling of new, used, vintage, old-fashioned, casual and modern watches of all prestigious brands: Rolex, Cartier, Patek Philippe, Jaeger LeCoultre, Corum, Eberhard & Co., Franck Muller, Omega, IWC, Panerai, Tudor, Hublot, Bulgari, Tag Heuer, Girard-Perregaux, Vacheron Constantin, Chopard, Audemars Piguet, A. Lange & Sohne, Baume & Mercier, Breguet, Breitling etc...

In case of purchase or sale, you need to provide your ID card or other document with a photo ID (driver's license or passport) to enable their identification, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 128 Consolidated Laws of Public Safety and Articles. 16 and 247 of the Implementing Regulation.

Methods of Postage

A&D Ltd. uses primarily the secure delivery services of Battistolli Group and/or other couriers like FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT etc. and upon request each delivery can be insured for the entire value of the item to be transported.

The insurance partner of Battistolli Group is Lloyd's of London, the largest insurance company in the world, which covers all deliveries made by the Battistolli Group company with an “All Risks” absolute first loss insurance policy.

Methods of Payment

Before making payment the client must register on our website. Payment for whoever asks for delivery can be made, accessing the shopping basket on our site, by bank transfer, credit card and/or postal order. The item will be delivered as soon as payment is received.

Postal orders:

Once this method of payment has been selected, you will be given all the details in order to compile the postal order, time to receive payment between 48/72 hours.

Bank transfer:

Time to receive payment into our bank account 24/48 hours. Once this method of payment has been selected we will immediately send our bank details via e-mail.

Credit card payment:

Credit cards accepted: Visa e Mastercard

Conditions of buying new products:

All new watches are available upon request if not present in our storage facilities. The delivery will be agreed at the time of ordering with a maximum wait of 30 days. The payment for new watches must be made immediatley and completely. Only in the case of collection from the shop could a deposit of 30% be allowed with the balance payable upon collection and however we reserve the right to accept this method of payment or not. In the case that A&D Ltd is not able to deliver the item within the agreed time the entire payment will be returned to the client. Images of the new watches published on our website are purely indicative. In the absence of specific information relating to the order there cannot be complaints if the order is not exactly as requested. It will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase of new watches as they have been specifically ordered. A&D Ltd is a private company and is in no way affiliated to the brands of watches that it sells.


On our site and in our shop the watches on sale are always supplied with a certificate of guarantee and ownership issued by our shop with a validity of 12 months.

Acceptance of orders

We remind you that after submitting orders they cannot be modified or cancelled by the client. Right of withdrawal

(Ref. Art. D.Lgs no.185 of 22/05/99, applying the directive 97/7/ce, relating to protection of consumer rights concerning distance contracts). Purchases concluded at are regulated by legal decree 185 of 22nd May 1999. The buyer can withdraw from the contract by written communication via registered post to A&D Srl, via G. Garibaldi 13, 47921 Rimini, (Italy), within 14 working days of receiving the merchandise. Communication can also be sent by telegram or fax to: (+39 0541 1573087) on condition that we receive written confirmation by signed registered post, with return receipt, within 48 hours after said communication. The client must arrange, at his/her own expense, the return of the merchandise, utilizing the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt of said merchandise. The merchandise will be examined and if found intact and void of any damage (unused), the buyer will be refunded as requested (bank transfer, postal order, etc) or substituted with other products of the client's choice. In any case the reimbursement will be made in the shortest time possible, no more than 30 working days from the notification of withdrawal, obviously subject to the return of the merchandise.
